This term is indicative, it can be modified for reasons beyond our control.
Displayed prices and additional costs / charges are calculated including value added tax (VAT), governed by the Romanian tax laws.
Delivery is by courier, at the Location of Customer.
The payment is made online, by credit / debit card or bank transfer / PayPal / PayU.

You can return any item to us within 14 calendaristic days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
Please pack the products in the original packaging preferably. If this in not possible, please pack them in a similar way, to make sure they are not deteriorated during transportation.
We reccomend to send the returned package via National Post.
