You can return any item to us within 14 calendaristic days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
In case you want to return, you can do it from your StarShinerS account after you will login: returning form. If you want to return items ordered from StarShinerS.com but your order is placed without having a StarShinerS account please call us to 0040 755 355 355 and a StarShinerS consultant will help you register your refunding request. You can not return used or damaged articles or articles that present signs of usage. The articles you want to return must be accompanied with the intact labels and seals and attending documents.
Underwear, bathing suits, women stockings and pyjamas are the only articles that can not be returned or changed from hygiene reasons. Any return that does not respect StarShinerS Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
If the products to return do not respect the return requirements , we reserve the right to cancel the payment and the parcel will be sent back at the client’s expense.
Please pack the products in the original packaging preferably. If this in not possible, please pack them in a similar way, to make sure they are not deteriorated during transportation.
StarShinerS exclusively checks the quality of each article offering you the guarantee that the articles you order on StarShiners are in a very good condition. In case of any exception, please contact us in maximum 24 hours on e-mail to the address email@example.com to find a solution to any inconvenience.
Your refund for the goods will be paid within 14 calendar days after we receive, check and accept the refund request together with correct postal/ bank information.
